Vanwell Distribution Services is always interested in good titles, and if you are working on a book and feel that it might fit the Vanwell publishing list, as a prospective author, you are welcome to submit a proposal. Please follow the step-by-step Submission Guidelines outlined below.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Please submit the following materials, with a brief covering letter, to the address provided below.
  2. A brief CV highlighting your background, relevant professional qualifications and research undertaken for your project. If you are the author of any other published books and/or articles, please include full publication details of these.
  3. A synopsis of your project, outlining the book’s theme and contents with a table of contents, if applicable, and a word count. If illustrated, please specify the quantity and nature of the images to be used (photos, line drawing, maps, etc.).
  4. Please do not send the entire work, a neat, double-spaced printout as a sample chapter is suitable for the initial submission of your work.
  5. If you wish material submitted to be returned to you, please indicate in your covering letter and include a SASE.
  6. If your submission is accepted by Vanwell Distribution Services, we will forward an Author’s Guideline booklet that explains the proper format to submitting your entire manuscript.
